We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the protective film on the soles remains intact.
Initiate Return
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Package
Place the items in the original box along with the dust bags and authenticity cards. Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup through our portal.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our quality control team will inspect the items. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
